Serviço de Mastologia e Reconstrução Mamária do HBL.Recife-PEIntroduction: In the last decades the techniques have evolved in the oncoplastic surgery of the breast with the objective of reconstructing defects with local tissue rearrangement¹. An effective treatment with good preservation of aesthetic results can be obtained by the oncoplastic techniques.Objective: To evaluate the clinical-epidemiological profile of patients submitted to Lipofilling in the reconstruction and mastology department of the Hospital Barão de Lucena Materials and Methods: Descriptive and cross-sectional study that included patients treated for breast cancer and submitted to subsequent breast reconstruction with Lipofilling between January 2015 and December 2016 at Barão de Lucena Hospital. Clinical and epidemiological data were analyzed. These are: age group, occupation, region of residence, comorbidities, clinical staging and type of surgery performed. The degree of satisfaction of the patients in relation to the result of the surgery was also evaluated.Results. The sample consisted of 17 patients with a prevalence ranging from 40 to 49 years old (58.8%), housewives (52.9%), living in the Pernambuco forest area (82.3%), without comorbidities (70.5%), clinical stage III (52.9%) and mastectomy (82.3%). When asked about their satisfaction with surgery, the majority of patients (52.9%) classified as “Good”, most of the spouses agreed (70%) and most patients (58.8%) did not To perform another procedure to change the appearance of your breast.Conclusions: The study allows us to conclude that the majority of patients undergoing Lipofilling were less than 49 years of age, housewife from the area of the forest area of Pernambuco, clinical stage III and had undergone mastectomy as surgical treatment For cancer. It was found in the present study, through the application of a questionnaire, that Lipofilling presented a high index of patient satisfaction.
