Universidade Federal de GoiásAnalyze global data on female breast cancer for the development of statistics that generate interventions about it and associate differences in adjusted incidence rates in different regions of the globe. Ecological analytical study carried out by the interpretation of data available in the GLOBOCAN stand, referring to the incidence and mortality of breast cancer in the year 2012. It is noted that a higher incidence of breast cancer is associated with higher industrialization, and a population with a high educational level due to routine mammography screening is a more usual policy than in less developed continents. The incidence in North America is 5.78 times higher than in Africa and 4.6 times that of Asia. European indices have a relatively smaller difference, being 4.78 times larger than Africa, 2.39 times larger than Latin America. Already the difference between the countries of North America and Europe is only 1.2 times. Breast cancer is probably the most feared female, due to its high frequency and especially its psychological effects, which affect the perception of sexuality and the personal image itself. It is a consensus that, when detected in the early stages, there is a positive increase in the chances of treatment and cure. Routine mammography screening enables early detection of breast cancer.Breast neoplasm, mammography
