Federal University of GoiásReport the number of diagnosed cases of malignant neoplasms by age group between 2010-2013, in the state of Goiás. Descriptive transversal study. The data were collected from Breast Cancer Information System (SISMAMA) using the analysis from January 2010 to December 2013. The 948 malignant neoplastic lesions analyzed breast in this period were separated according to type of injury and age group. Between 2010-2013, in the state of Goiás, 948 cases of malignant neoplasms were diagnosed, with infiltrating ductal carcinoma being the most prevalent (72.25%) and the age group most affected were at 45-49 years (18.89%). Among the 52 cases diagnosed with intraductal carcinoma, 59.61% were of intermediate histopathological grade, 26.92% of high and 13.46% of low grade. Invasive lobular carcinoma had 2.85% of the total cases, which 62.96% between 40-54 years. Mucinous, infiltrating ductal with predominant intraductal component, tubular and lobular in situ carcinomas were the least found (2.95%). Other histological carcinoma types totaled 152 cases(16%) in the period. The data collection of report number of diagnosed cases of malignant neoplasms shows the necessity of investigations for responsible phenomenous of prevalent profile.
