Age, histological type, histological grade, nuclear grade, lymphocytic infiltrate, lymphovascular and neural invasion, axillary status, estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR), HER2, Ki67, androgen receptor (AR), CK14, BCL2 and p53 were investigated. The absolute and relative frequencies and mean±SD were calculated. the mean age was 66.4 ± 13.7 years. Histological types were distributed as follows: invasive papillary (3), micropapillary (3), not otherwise specified (3) and cribriform (1). The majority (90%) had histological grade 2 (9/10), intermediate nuclear grade (9/10), lymphocytic infiltrate scarce 90% (9/10). There were 2 cases of lymphovascular invasion and 1 case of neural invasion. Axillary status cannot be assessed in 2 cases; was negative in 6 cases and positive in 2 cases. ER was positive in 9 cases, PR in 8 cases, HER2 in 3 cases, AR in 9 cases, BCL2 in 7 cases, p53 in 9 cases. CK14 was negative in all cases. The Ki67 average was 10.5±5.5%, ranging from 5% to 20%. The molecular subtypes presented the following frequency: luminal A (70%, 7/10), luminal B (20%, 2/10), HER2-positive (10%, 1/10). the majority of tumors were hormone receptor positive. The luminal subtype A was the most frequent in MBC. AR was frequently expressed. In general, the tumors had features suggestive of good prognosis.breast cancer, male
